Advantage of ECO BLEACH DO1:
1. No need any Neutralizer like Meta or Maxx
2. No need any tearing improver because this chemical has no affinity on cellulose, works on only
indigo.
3. No need any special cleaning agent or detergent.
4. No need any anti back during neutralization
5. Finally need only 30% Anti-Ozone softener in some case. Most of the case you need not any
anti-ozone softener.
That means if you use Eco Bleach DO1, you can save the cost of 5 chemicals (Maxx/ Meta, Anti-Ozone
softener, Tearing improver, Cleaning agent/ Detergent, Anti back. Definitely it’s a cost saving and risk
free process for indigo bleaching. Our experience in several factories that it can reduce minimum 30%
cost of conventional bleaching agent.

• Need less storage, like ¼ compared to KCL
• Minimum 5 bath & 45 min save.
• Less issue come in Lycra damage as no tearing issue is there.

Application Process: Like regular bleach, need to dilute with water then use 1-5 gm/L for 5-30 minuets depends
on shade target. No need any neutralization or cleaning. Only one rinse is good enough for completing the bleach.
Possible to add Eco Bleach if required more effect in the same bath 2/3/4 times no problem

SULFUR BLEACH
Advantage of ARCOTEX SB1 & SB2:

5. No need caustic.
